A delegation of All China Federation of Trade Unions (ACFTU) headed by Li Shiming, party member and director of Funding Review Committee, and Liu Jun, vice director of Funding Review Committee, inspected Yutong on August 21 during their inspection in Henan province and investigated the development status of Yutong’s trade union work. Li Jianzhuang, party chief of Henan Provincial Federation of Trade Union, and Li Yuanfa, party chief of Zhengzhou Municipal Federation of Trade Union, accompanied the delegation during the inspection.

In the multi-media room of Yutong’s administration building, Li carefully listened to the report on Yutong’s trade union work with the theme of  “Strengthen the trade union building, form a harmonious enterprise” delivered by Peng Xuemin, vice party chief and trade union chairman of Yutong. After that, Li spoke highly of Yutong’s trade union work and recognized its innovative methods of building close ties with staff, serving the staff, safeguarding the legal rights and interests of staff, etc.  

Subsequently, accompanied by Tang Yuxiang, president of Yutong Group, Li and his entourage visited the final assembly workshop and the experiment center. During the process, Li learned about the production and operation status of the company and carefully listened to the company’s exploration situation of overseas market. Li also asked about the information of Yutong’s production process, production capacity and technical innovation. At the show bus area, Li boarded the business purpose vehicle, airport bus, school bus and new energy bus to have a close look at these vehicles.

Li praised the achievements made by Yutong over the years and deemed this visit as “a real eye-opener”. He also wished Yutong a prospective future and hoped that Yutong’s trade union work will become better and better.
